Do you realize that your life reflects the vibrational frequency that you emit to the universe? Your lifestyle, relationships and the material objects around you reveal what is going on inside your head. What you think about becomes your reality. Therefore, if you do not like what you see when you look at your life, do not panic, since you have the power to change your vibration and by doing so improve your world.
Your thoughts are responsible for your actions. Furthermore, your actions result in the life that you create for yourself. Like many other people, you may feel that there are areas where you want improvements such as your financial situation or relationships. Before you recognized that you generate what is around you, you might have imagined that you were at the mercy of your circumstances. However, now you know that you produce your lifestyle, you can begin making positive changes.
You probably do not need to examine your life for long in order to know which areas require the most development. No doubt, the parts that already concern you are those that need alteration.
Exploring unsatisfactory parts of your life can show you where negative thinking has taken place. For instance, if you never seem to have enough money, perhaps you have a poverty mentality. Delving deeply into your beliefs surrounding the subject of wealth and self-worth could make negative thought patterns clear. Change your perception about money and abundance and your thoughts will alter. You will begin to think positively about money and recognize new opportunities to generate greater wealth.
Alternatively, maybe you seem to attract a certain type of person into your life. Indeed, the kinds of people that you draw can just as easily reveal your thought patterns as your career, home and financial circumstances.
For example, take Karen who is someone I know (name changed for confidentiality reasons). She complained that she knew too many bossy people. Some of her closest relationships were with individuals who always seemed to know what was best for her, despite her protests that they were wrong.
Upon examination, she noticed that her thoughts were often muddled. Her lack of clarity and organization caused her to attract people who enjoyed sorting out other people’s lives. She was a prime target for bossy people because she gave out the vibration of helplessness. Once she gained clarity about what she wanted in life and made plans, she automatically knew the steps to take toward her goal. As a result, she had confidence and no longer dithered in a weak fashion.
Karen was delighted to discover that her friendships quickly changed. Relationships with bossy people who she did not require in her life faded away. Additionally, her strong friendships with people who used to be domineering altered positively. People responded to Karen’s altered vibrational state by trusting her to organize her world without their help when it was not required.
Like Karen, you can transform unsatisfactory aspects of your life. Examine relevant thought patterns that caused problem areas to develop. Next, modify related thoughts until your vibrations change and your world will improve.
