The Four Step Formula For Manifesting Your Dreams


How would you feel if you were told that you had the power to make your wildest dreams come true? Because you do! Every single one of us is full to bursting with limitless potential, capable of transforming all of our dreams into a beautiful reality. The key to unlocking this startling power?

We are all a product of our thoughts. It is our own thoughts and energies that are continually creating the very life around us; learn how to become more deliberate and selective of your thoughts and emotions and your life can become yours to create to your exact liking.

How do you feel about the life that you are living right now? Don’t like what you see? Then you are not using your thoughts and emotions to paint a clear picture of the life that you want to be living. When we dwell on the negatives and what is missing from our lives, we will remain stuck in the same rut of reoccurring problems and disappointments. However, get yourself to a place of total positivity and clarity and your dreams can begin to manifest faster than you would dare to imagine possible.

The Four-Step Formula

So, want to become the most positive person that you know and live out your wildest dreams? Below you will find the four-step formula needed for manifesting your dreams. Follow this formula, remembering that positivity and love should always be at the top of your agenda and you can soon find yourself happily manifesting away.

Step 1. Let Go Of Resistance

Before you can think about manifesting your dreams, your first step should be about letting go of past resistance and trying to achieve greater awareness over your thoughts.

When we are trying to resist something, we are only fuelling the problem. So remember this: resistance breed’s resistance.

For example, if you are currently unhappy with the state of your bank balance you will most probably be responding to this with negative emotions of ‘want’ and ‘lack’. However, when you respond to an area of your life in this way, you are only making the problem bigger for yourself. The more we give our attention to something, be it negative or positive, the more we attract it into our life.

So, let go of all forms of resistance. Accept your current life for exactly the way that it is. This isn’t about giving up. Instead, it is about learning to be ok with things the way that they are. Do this and you should find your negativity slowly melting away, leaving you more open to new and positive experiences.

Step 2. Set A Goal

What is your biggest dream? Answering this question is quite possibly the most difficult and important part of the four steps. After all, how are you going to get anywhere if you still don’t know where you are going?

To manifest your goals, the Law Of Attraction must first know what it is that you want. However, when asked ‘What do you want?’ the majority of us will find that we cannot answer. We have absolutely no idea.

If you are having difficulty deciding what it is that you want, then try this: first, think about what you don’t want. People usually find it much easier to identify what they don’t want in life; so do this and use your answers to gain clarity in choosing what you do want. Step 3. Learn To Attract Deliberately

You have set your destination, now you have to get there.

You have set your intention and know what you want from the universe, so now you must take action to ensure that your dream is manifested into a reality. If you set your goal and then put it to the back of your mind, it will never become a reality. Remember, you are what you give your attention to. Therefore, you should try to fuel your dream with as much positive attention as possible.

Here are some of the best ways to fuel your dream with positive attention;

Fill your mind with thoughts of you living out your dreams and feel excited about it. This should immediately heighten your positive energies and emit a frequency to the universe that you will want it to match.

Step 4. Act ‘As If’

When you act, speak, think and feel ‘as if’ you are already living your dreams. The Law Of Attraction can work to match all of the positivity that you are emitting and provide you with more of the same.

For many, acting ‘as if’ can be a great cause of internal conflict. After all, you are acting ‘as if’ you are rich/successful/healthy/happy when your reality may suggest completely otherwise. However, it is important to try and avoid this inner conflict at all costs. Your task is to feel as good as though you are already living your dreams.

When you act ‘as it’, you are fine-tuning your emotions and energies to align with your dreams. The universe returns to us what we put out, so embody the energy of your dreams and your dreams can become yours.

If you believe something then it is already happening. So, begin to believe more and allow yourself to feel good knowing that your dreams are already on their way.

Finally – dream big! The bigger your dreams, the more beautiful your reality can become.
