Where we choose to spend our time can be of great importance to our happiness and relaxation levels.

Whether you are aware of it or not, a room that is spacious, airy, and tidy will do wonders for your state of mind. It can leave you clear-minded, stress-free, and feel productive.

However, a cluttered and messy environment can only prove a constant reminder of all of the things that you need to do and could leave you feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

3. Meditate

Once you are living a life that is true to you and your values, you can immediately find that relaxation techniques are of no use to you – as when we are true to ourselves, we are always at our most relaxed and happy.
