How Meditating Can Increase Your Connection With Source Energy

Living a better-feeling life really comes down to one thing only: coming into alignment with our source energy. When our connection to our source energy REALLY opens up we start feeling like we're on top of the world.

Why is source energy so important? Well, it's in the name itself. It is the source of spiritual energy, the source of life energy. This is the energy that renews the body. It is the energy that heals the body and the emotions.

It is a source of inspiration and motivation. This energy is your POWER. It is what drives you to dream bigger and to achieve your goals. To ultimately have the most incredible life.

As soon as you connect with your energy source you will start experiencing the following benefits.

Benefits Of Getting More Source Energy

  1. Source Energy Benefits DiagramLess Negative Thoughts And Emotions

When you quiet your mind, empty yourself of all thoughts and let go of the worry, you start to realize that no problems are as bad as they seem and that some of them are opportunities in disguise.

You also learn to simply acknowledge that the problem exists and figure out the way to solve it, instead of obsessing over it. You generally become a more peaceful and happy person, sending out and receiving only positive energy.

This is why connecting with the source helps so much to reduce stress and anxiety and attract better things into your life.

  1. It Gives You Peace

Source energy not only removes traces of worry and unhappiness but also protects you from starting worrying again. You develop a new, more positive outlook on life, and nothing and no one can trigger your anxiety again, because you always remain peaceful.

  1. It Improves Your Health

Of course, it is better to start meditating to connect with the source before you get ill. But even if you have some sort of disease this exercise can help you feel better in general.

The secret is that the state of relaxation that you go into once you’ve connected with the source produces high levels of feel-good chemicals such as serotonin. They lower your heart rate, boost immunity and help the body to thrive.

  1. Quicker Manifestation Process

This is very simple: You stop your negative thoughts thereby removing obstacles to manifestation. And since you don’t have any “speed bumps”, it takes you less time to attract what you want.

However, none of these things will be possible if you receive insufficient amounts of source energy. Toxic people and negative situations in your life drain your energy, and to replace it you need to connect with the source again. The good news is that YOU can regulate how much and how little you receive of this energy and power. Here's how.

How To Connect With Your Source Energy

Source energy is generally portrayed as residing outside of the self. The collective unconscious, divine energy, and the universe are descriptive terms, used in literature and movies, to represent its nature. You may express the state of being in contact with source energy as being in the zone or vortex.

Getting in touch with source energy can be difficult unless you are in the right state of mind. However, even if your life is far from tranquil and balanced, you can use meditation to aid connection.

Meditation Guide three steps

Step 1. Find A Comfortable Position

Sit or lie down. You can meditate anywhere, as long as it's comfortable for you (some people even manage to meditate for a few minutes on their way to work).

Read up on some tips on the best meditation poses. For example, if you decide to lie down, it is recommended to choose a broad surface, so that you can extend and lengthen yourself as much as you want to.

You can also try walking meditation. Don't be surprised – it can be just as profound as sitting meditation. And some people find it easier as alternating steps with the left and right foot naturally helps create a meditative state. Plus, one of the biggest benefits of this type of meditation is that it can be fitted into the gaps in our lives quite easily.

Step 2. Silence Your Mind

Your mind experiences countless thoughts each day. Much of the time, the chatter in your head is continuous, leaving you no time to encounter peace. Meditation can help you find tranquility between thoughts by causing the voice in your mind to cease for a while. Even a few moments of inner silence have the power to produce feelings of deep calm and contentment.

Additionally, when you stop thinking, you no longer send out the kind of energy that can block good from coming your way. Negative thoughts and mental strain introduce the energy of lack to the universe. The Law of Attraction then works by sending you more deficiency, since what you focus upon increases.

When you are emotionally balanced and full of gratitude and compassion, you attract abundance and prosperity automatically. At such times, you are in the zone. However, most people are not fortunate enough to be able to maintain such a wonderful mindset all the time. And this is why meditating can prove valuable. Happily, doing so can help balance emotions, which means that meditation can also be utilized to combat stress and increase happiness.

There are various types of meditation, but the kind that often proves to be most helpful for calming inner chatter is mindfulness. You begin by gaining physical and emotional comfort via relaxing quietly. Not being disturbed is key, since you do not want to be knocked out of the serene mental state that you generate.

Step 3. Breathe

Once you are relaxed, you can focus on deep breathing, right down into your stomach. Take time to breathe slowly in this manner while focusing on the action of inhaling and exhaling. Recognize how calm you begin to feel simply by concentrating on your breath.

Next, if you are extremely relaxed, you might inhale deeply and hold your breath for a few seconds, before gradually letting go. The action of withholding breath briefly can be enough to allow your mind to stop producing inner thoughts for a second or two.

Once you have experienced a truly serene, silent mind, you will be able to continue deep breathing while in an almost thoughtless state of awareness. Occasionally, a thought may appear, but simply let it drift by like a cloud in the sky.

Contacting source energy while practicing mindful meditation can bring about great insights and an intense feeling of wellness, and spark creativity. Meditating regularly will make entering the zone a pleasurable and almost effortless experience.
