Déjà Vu: If You’ve Had One, You Need To Know THIS

If you think that the Universe is not replying to the messages that you’re sending out to it, you are WRONG. The Universe is sending YOU messages all the time as well.

But it is up to you to learn to see and understand them. One of the vaguest but also the most interesting signs you can get from the Universe is a déjà vu.

What Is Déjà Vu And What Does It Mean?

Déjà Vu is a feeling that you have experienced an event or place before.

It is unique and fundamentally different from everything else.

When you go about your day, minding your own business, nothing special is happening, you’re ironing your clothes for tomorrow, and suddenly it hits you. The weird sensation of familiarity. You’ve been here before.

Or have you?

Déjà Vu is a subject that has been ignored for a long time and even considered too spooky or flaky to touch.

But even though there is no official explanation of this phenomenon, it is very possible that it just means that this situation (or event or place), that you feel is repeating itself, is somehow significant to you.

The Universe is making you stop and think about it. Drawing your attention to a specific moment in time. Something that otherwise you wouldn’t have noticed at all. It is definitely a sign.

The problems are that it is a sign that is very very hard to decipher.

2 Things You Should Do If You Get A Déjà Vu

1. Free Up Your Mental Space

First of all, you need to free up some mental space in order to make the déjà vu stronger and clearer.

Only this way will you be able to understand what exactly the universe is trying to tell you.

You know how this eerie feeling goes away extremely quickly? This is why your mind needs to not be cluttered by other things in order for you to seize this moment and really see the message.

You need to let your mind switch off and re-boot once in a while.

The number of times you will need to repeat this depends on when your next déjà vu happens and how much you will be able to get out of it.

2. Write Everything Down

Keep a little “déjà vu journal”.

Even though, like with dreams, you may forget it as soon as it happens, try to write down as many details as you can:

  • What was it?
  • Where were you when it happened?
  • What time of day was it?
  • What did you see?
  • What were you doing?
  • Who were you with?
  • What were you thinking about?

After a while, you may see that there is a similar topic to all of them. Maybe you are always around the same person when it happens. In that case, it might mean that this person could be your soulmate. Or maybe that this person can point you in the right direction in your life.

Also, compare your déjà vu notes to your dream boards and visualizations. Is there any connection?

And finally, take special note of how it made you feel. Déjà vu is a really weird sensation and it can be very hard to explain how it made us feel. But try to notice your overall mood. Were you excited? Scared? Bored?

For example, if you are getting a déjà vu at work and it is making you feel frustrated, it might be a sign that you are not where you are meant to be, maybe it is time to find a new job.

On the other hand, if you feel excited, it may be a sign that you are on the right track.

And finally, remember to keep your mind open…

Collect the facts first and then analyze them.

Because if you are desperately trying to see a certain sign, you probably will. It will be The Law Of Attraction at work. But it won’t be a genuine sign. Sometimes the Universe is actually trying to warn us to not do something we really want to do.

So give it time. Don’t jump to conclusions. You will get your answers in time.
