The 21-Day Challenge Exercises

Day 1: Clear Your Mind

Spend this day quietly, doing basic breathing exercises and deliberately letting go of any stresses that may have been holding you back lately. You need a clean slate to attract exciting new things.

Here are some simple breathing exercises to get you started today.

  1. Take a deep breath in through the nose. Fill your lungs and feel your diaphragm expand. Hold this for 4 seconds.
  2. Release the breath through your mouth, like you’re letting out a big sigh.
  3. You’re all done! Repeat as often as you need to.

Day 2: Make Space In Your Life

Look at your living and working spaces, and clear away things that remind you of negative thoughts or tie you too tightly to the past (e.g. objects that remind you of old relationships). Surround yourself with things you associate with optimism, growth, and passion.

Day 3: Explore Your Goal

Think about what you believe you want. Now ask yourself these questions…

  • Why do you want it?
  • Do you really want it?

When thinking of your goal, imagine it manifesting in different ways until you get a sense of the specific goal you’re truly striving for.

Day 4: Put Your Goal Into The Right Words

Experiment with ways of phrasing what you want to manifest. Change the words around until you just know you’ve found the right ones.

Write them down and put them up somewhere you can see. One good technique is to put them by or on your bathroom mirror!

Day 5: Make A Step-by-Step Plan

Note down each step you’ll need to take to meet your ultimate goal.

This helps to ensure you’re working towards something attainable and makes each stage concrete and real in your mind.

Day 6: Create A Dream Board

This fun exercise just requires you to choose magazine cutouts, photographs, and words that best represent the thing you want to attract, and combine them in a way that you find inspiring. Be as creative as you like!

For example, if you are trying to manifest your soulmate, you may cover your dream board in images of healthy relationships you know. You could also add quotes of what you are looking for in a partner.

You can use physical collage for this, such as using photographs and cutouts as described above or use online resources. Many people like to use sites like Pinterest as a form of a dream board.

Day 7: Pick a Manifestation Song

Find a song that captures all the feelings you associate with your dream.

For example, you might choose a triumphant anthem if you’re working towards a career or fitness goal, and a dreamy ballad if you’re looking for love. Play it, dance to it, sing it and connect with it.

Day 8: Basic Visualization

Set aside at least ten minutes in a peaceful place where you won’t be disturbed, and concentrate on building a maximally vivid image of the thing you want.

Here are some of the most effective tips for improving your visualization techniques:

  • Imagine not only the sight and feeling of the thing you are wanting to manifest but also all the other senses. Visualize the smells, sounds, and sensations too.
  • The use of meditation and/or hypnotherapy can also help delve deeper into your visualization by blocking out distractions and increasing your focus.
  • You can also use art, writing, and music for visualization! Draw, paint, or write your vision. Pin up your work in a commonly visible area so you are reminded of it often.

Fully immerse yourself in this process, allowing yourself to feel it as though it’s really happening. It soon will be!

Day 9: Design Your Affirmations

Use the phrase (or phrases) from day four to put together positive affirmations that reinforce your belief that you can attract what you want. Say them into the mirror, smile, and let them resonate. You’ll likely get the best results if you say them every day.

For example, try some of the following positive daily affirmations:

  • “I accept my power.”
  • “All areas of my life are abundant and filling.”
  • “Every experience I have is perfect for my growth.”
  • “I am worth loving. There is love all around me.”

Day 10: Write About Your Dream

Let your mind wander unfiltered, and write down as much as you can about your dreams. For example,

  • What it’s like.
  • Why you want it.
  • How it’ll be to live it.

Don’t censor yourself at all, even if you catch negative thoughts or feelings creeping in.

Day 11: Uncover Negative Thinking Patterns

See if you can spot areas where limiting beliefs and assumptions may hold you back, and stare them in the face. It is surprising how many of our thoughts are actually subconsciously negative! Try asking yourself the following questions…

What are your doubt and anxieties?

How ‘realistic’ are your assumptions?

What messages did you receive when you were young that might lead you to think you can’t manifest your desires?

When you manage to answer these questions, you can start to uncover why you have certain thinking patterns you do and how to identify and combat them the next time you find yourself anxious.

Day 12: Challenge Negative Thinking Patterns

For every limiting belief, you discovered in the previous exercise, write down an explanation of why you hold it.

Then, write a new, positive belief that you want to use to replace the negative old one. You can use these to design additional affirmations, or just look at the positive list once a day.

Day 13: Take Stock of Your Value

Days 11 and 12 can be hard, so spend day 13 on self-care and think about things that increase self-esteem.

If it helps, try counting ten things you love and value about yourself. You deserve to have everything you want!

Day 14: Connect With an Object

Find something that represents your goal, such as a stone, piece of jewelry, or an ornament.

Practice using any of the visualization tools for manifesting while holding an object, then make sure that the item stays with you for the remainder of the 21 days. It will ground you and remind you of your potential.

Also, consider researching the different benefits of crystal healing. A range of different crystals and stones can help focus Law Of Attraction work and boost your manifestation power.

Day 15: Multi-Perspective Visualization

Add a new layer to your visualizations by imagining your dream from a third-party perspective. Notice new details, build up an even more intense and exciting image of what you’ll achieve.

Day 16: Start a Gratitude Journal

Write down 3-5 things that make you feel grateful each day or each week, depending on your lifestyle. The purpose of this task is to fill you with powerful positive energy that makes you vibrate at a high frequency and enhances your ability to attract more positive things to you.

If this is hard, be sure to consider what you take for granted each day. Things may not stand out as things to be grateful for, but imagine your life without certain things.

Day 17: Revisit Your Plan

Go back to the plan you created on day 5 and think about where you are. Does anything need to change? What have you accomplished so far?

Adjust as necessary, and be proud of the steps you’ve taken.

Day 18: Look for Signs

The Universe often sends out signs to guide you towards the things you need, but to see those signs you need to strengthen your intuition.

Today, keep your eyes peeled for repeating phrases, coincidences, or surprise invitations. These sorts of things might help you on your way.

Day 19: Give Love

Day 20: Live “As If”

Make plans like you’re going to have a partner, look up vacations like you’ll have the money to pay for them, or buy clothes like you’ll fit into them the way you want. This narrows the vibrational gap between you and the thing you want.

Day 21: Release What You Want to Attract

Finally, you need to learn to see the joy in life as it is and accept that the Universe will send what you need exactly when you need it.

Believe in your power to manifest, but release your desire and feel safe in the knowledge you can and will have the life of your dreams.
